Our pricing is influenced by several key factors, including:

Will I get an exact quote during the walkthrough?

We’ll provide a ballpark estimate during the online intake process based on your facility square footage and requirements. If the estimate aligns with your budget, you’ll have the option to schedule a facility walkthrough. After the walkthrough, a finalized, detailed quote will be sent to you within 24 hours to ensure complete accuracy.

How long does the walkthrough take?

The walkthrough typically takes 20–30 minutes, depending on the size of your space and the details you’d like to discuss. During this time, we’ll assess your property, listen to your specific needs, and answer any questions you may have about our services.

Why are your service days only Monday through Thursday?

We prioritize the work-life balance of our dedicated cleaning team. By focusing our service days on Monday through Thursday, we allow our staff to prioritize rest and the things that are important to them.

This ensures they are refreshed and ready to provide you with the highest quality cleaning service each week.

Additionally, this approach helps us minimize our environmental impact by reducing the number of days we are on the road.

We carefully plan our routes each day to be as efficient as possible, further minimizing our environmental footprint.

Do you offer monthly cleans?

While we specialize in one-time deep cleans, we understand the importance of maintaining a consistently clean home.

We believe that routine weekly cleanups are most effective for keeping your home in order.

Monthly cleanings may not be sufficient to address all your cleaning needs.

However, if monthly cleanings are your preference, we can certainly assist you with our one-time deep cleaning services and you can book as needed.

 

How do you handle service during inclement weather?

We value consistency and aim to provide service as scheduled. However, if there is a severe weather warning issued by local authorities that poses a safety hazard to our team (such as heavy snow, ice storms, or severe thunderstorms), we may need to reschedule your cleaning appointment.

You will be notified as soon as possible if we need to reschedule due to inclement weather. We will do our best to find an alternative appointment time within the same week.

 

Can I request a specific cleaner ?

We are always looking for ways to improve your cleaning experience.

While we may not always be able to accommodate requests for a specific cleaner, we value your feedback and will use it to improve your overall experience.

Do you offer dishwashing and laundry services ?

We do not offer dishwashing or laundry services.

These tasks typically require more frequent attention than our routine home cleaning service allows.

Focusing on these tasks can take time away from thoroughly cleaning and organizing the more important areas of your home.

However, we can provide personalized recommendations for decluttering and organizing your kitchen and laundry areas to make these tasks more efficient and manageable for you in the future.

Are your products safe around pets?

Yes, our products are generally safe around pets. However, we always recommend keeping pets in a separate area while we are working for their safety.

While our products are safe choice and eco-friendly, they may still cause minor irritation to some animals.

If you have any concerns, please contact us directly.

If you have preferred products for us to use or any specific concerns about your pets, please let us know when you book.

 

Where is your service area?

Our cleaning agents are available in St.Thomas, ON and the greater London, ON area. However, we are expanding our team and the area we cover every day so if you are not sure try booking online. We’ll confirm in seconds.

How do I book a home or commercial cleaning?

If you’re online, simply select the service you want and click the Book Online button to get personalized pricing, schedule an appointment in real-time based on our actual availability, and receive a confirmation. It only takes 60 seconds. Use your smartphone, computer, or tablet!

Do I need to be at home when you arrive for the cleaning?

That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Let us know when you book online. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you’re most comfortable with.

Do I need to supply the vacuum or cleaning products?

We come equipped with everything we need to make your home or commercial facility sparkle.
But if you’d prefer that we use your cleaning products or equipement, just let us know when you book online.

Will I receive reminders for single, recurring, or pre-paid bundle cleaning services?

When you book online, you can select to receive a text message or email before each scheduled service. We typically send reminders one day and two hours before each cleaning appointment.

 

How do I re-schedule or cancel a booked cleaning?

Rescheduling or cancelling is one click away. Or email us and we’ll update your booking. It just takes a few seconds and we’ll send you an updated booking confirmation. Our email service reminders can include a Reschedule and/or Cancel button which allows you to instantly reschedule or cancel your booking within pre-established periods prior to each service.

Can I set up repeat visits?
